Brief Presentation 

Conflicts, disputes and confrontations are common in our personal and professional daily lives and that is because we all have different values, needs, interests and goals. At the same time, the more we depend on each other, the more we find ourselves in “conflict” with the people we meet daily. The entreprises need professionals who are able to deal with situations, partners and colleagues with different views and cultures and in different environments. However, nobody is born with perfect negotiating skills by nature. In this seminar, you will learn how to improve your negotiating skills and which is the best method for an effective negotiation.

At the end of the Seminar, you will be able to describe and analyse disputes and confrontations between individuals and organisations, as well as develop your way of dealing with them through successful negotiations and/or agreements, based on the Harvard method. You will have developed a skill set and practised on actual negotiation simulation exercises.
